MANDATE

Create an activation in connection with Sports Experts brand promise" "Expert Accomplices of your active life" during the summer biggest sporting events in Montreal.

THE EXPERIENCE

  • A squad of Sports Experts mechanics to accompany the cyclists and help the participants during small incidents on the cycling course during the "Feria du Vélo" event.

  • An interactive wall installed at the Montreal Marathon and at the Lolê White Tour allowing participants to play against an opponent and try to win a chore that will be performed by the loser (eg mowing the grass) so that the winner can go practice his favorite sport!

FACTS

  • Tour de l'ile & Tour de nuit: More than 1 200 participants in the interactive game. 500 mechanical assistance on the course

  • Lolë White Tour: 3000 blue Chinese cookies with a personalized message in connection with the event. 220 participants in the interactive game.

  • Montreal Marathon: More than 500 participants in the interactive game. 672 photos taken on Sports Experts podiums located at the finish line.

CLUB MED

MANDATE

Create a brand activation concept in urban centers to boost sales of southern vacation packages during the freezing months of February.

The goal: retrieve as many emails and registrations as possible for the Club Med newsletter.

THE EXPERIENCE

  • Developing the Club Med "Pop Up" caravan to create a tropical microclimate inside the caravan teasing the Montrealers with southern warm weather.

  • Bringing the participants a sense of escape with a tropical decor, actors in swimsuits and a VR experience showcasing the Club Med environment.

  • Delivering handwarmers to passers-by with information on Club Med packages.
